The Challenge

The firm was running lending operations from an aging server room with no redundancy. Outages were becoming frequent, cooling was failing under load, and regulators were asking hard questions about data availability and physical security.

We designed and built a new data center environment with redundant power and UPS systems, precision cooling, environmental monitoring, and physical access control. The migration was planned in phases so core operations never stopped, and staff were trained on the new monitoring and security procedures.
